I'm not sure I understand the question...

To get beta-blocks/smiley's you need to BUY a beta account. They will never be put in the shop to be bought by energy.

And if the game is worked out (ie, that the game will no longer beta) are also those things i will need to buy beta blocks/smileys for gems?

I must pay to play on beta.everybodyedits.com ? varies then the normal game?

Are you serious? Lol it's BETA for a reason! Unless you're beta, you will never have access to any beta features. It's sort of like a little "thank-you" for supporting EE.
