For the millionth time, parental control is there for a reason. You don't want the everybody edits chat to end up like nonoba do you?

This isn't off-topic. This is related to EE and therefore on-topic of the forum. This type of parental verification would never work. When I was five I would send the verification email to my mom, get into her email and verify it, then delete the email. Besides, a hobo could pay for a penny.
