Set up your own flash game company, become known, kill off Julian and his company.
If you're chosen, you're in; If not kill them off and repeat.
Anyway EE has a few secret mods, if anyone will become a mod it'll become them.

Im just kidding. If you want to be a mod on the forums. Make sure you follow the rules, so that people know your a better forumer.

Report posts when it breaks a rule, dont reply or say why it breaks the rule.

Dont spam.
Ex.

Be active and contribute weekly, daily is prefered.

Dont make typos, like the one i just made here ^

Use correct grammar, punctuation, spelling.

Respect others, so that you will be a good forumer.

Dont try to flame people, meaning argue or talk bad about another, you may be disliked for that.

Try to post in every sub-topic, so your contributing alot better.

You become a mod by not asking how you become a mod.

I disagree, the day that Chris reads the forum people will be using Neutron stars as a power source
and living solely off of a steady diet of photons.

Chris usually only picks his close friends, most of which seem to prefer to take long vacations.
So, the qualities that the few Moderators inhibit are:

-A certain skill that Chris can use you solely for:
(Cyclone = Forums, Sbeam/MrShoe = Programming, RPGMaster2000 = Graphic design/Videos,
Toby = Unprofessional/Community Engagement, Oliver = Professionalism, Vacation Lord)
I have a good question, do staff get paid for the work they do?
