Creator tool ideas (please read rules)

This topic is for posting ideas about tools used to create worlds. THIS IS NOT A BLOCK IDEA BOARD, USE THE STICKY TOPIC FOR BLOCK IDEAS IF YOU HAVE A BLOCK IDEA!!!

A tool is a thing you use to MODIFY, PLACE, or REMOVE the blocks in a level. I made this because i didnt see a topic that specifically applied to this.   if you have an idea for a tool you must follow these rules or else you may have your idea removed ( this could result in you losing criedit for your idea even though you thought of it first if you do not change your post to match the rules within a day of me (or a mod) warning you of this).

PRE-POSTING RULES:
1. You must read at least the heading of the other ideas before posting.

2. If you see a heading that is similar to your idea please read the rest of that post to ensure it is the same as (or close to) your idea then if it is quote it in your post then inculde yours as an addition or variation.

POSTING RULES:
1. You must type a heading describing what is the basic idea of your tool is or it's use.

2. You must type your idea clearly enough that most people understand what you are describing and can think of ways to use it.

3. Respect other ideas and do not steal them for your self, you may add to it or make a variation of it if you quote the tool you are adding to or making another version of.

4. If you are adding to or making a variation of a tool please use the heading of that tool then type in ->(parenthases)<- "addition" or "variation"
I will start the first tool idea (plz dont warn me for double posting but for qouting perposes im going to double post)
