Why do you need to do a post about this? I don't think the mods care if people use same ip address behind two accounts.

I don't know if this is in the written rules (surprise, surprise), but nobody is allowed to have more than one forum account. If someone in your home is making a separate forum account, tell the forum staff in advance so we know not to ban that separate account.

And yes, kingpooultra, PM'ing a mod is preferred over making a new topic.
