Can someone transfer 1 cent @PayPal?

Can someone tranfer 1 cent to my PayPal account, so I can enable the chat?
I know that 1 cent is almost nothing, but it'll make a huge difference for me

When you click on pay for chat, copy the link at the top and ask for people to pay at that. I think

AngelBoy, you were supposed to read the rules when you signed up for an account. Asking for chat is strictly forbidden. You've received a warning and a 1-day ban.
