it IS hard to take care of, and sadly i dont have anthing to remove the white lines with

Nothing easier than that.
1. None of the text is made by himself.
2. Same with backgrounds.
3. Borders.
4. Messed up smiley, it's so easy to cut them out: Zoom in, rectangle select around the smiley, crop to selection, magic wand (0 tolerance, global mode) outside the smiley, hit del. Was that so hard?
5. Text doesn't fit to the background (Not always, but pretty often)
Examples:

Come on, FIRE on a baby drawing background? And not even centered.

Don't know why but it doesn't look good together.

Fire in front of fire just looks stupid. Border makes it look even worse.

The worst of all. Colorful text in front of some... lava? It doesn't fit a bit.

I could probably get more reasons, but I think that's enough for now.

Dear cheezpuffs, please don't do things you are not good at.
Either learn making sigs (follow tutorials, they are good to learn the basics), or stop making sigs.
I really don't know why I wrote such a long post, I'm pretty sure you'll just say
"It's good as long as the person who wanted the sig likes it", but it's not.
People deserve better stuff than this. Maybe they like it, but it could be a lot better.

So learn making sigs, or just stop it.

But I make animations.and sigs

Try using http://pixlr.com/editor/

I use that all the time...
