Wtf is happening.

Lately My Firefox can't connect to the internet at all, actually my IE and FF. They Say the servers are taking to long.
But I can't figure out whats happening. I clear my history constantly, but it still happens.
My sister right now is blaming me saying it could be a virus, and won't stop. Do any of you know whats going on?

First scan for virus'. If that doesn't work restart your computer. If the problem persists call your internet provider and ask then to reset your connection.

mmmk, I recently did a scan, and nothing. I cleared my chache and its working fine >.>
