This is, no offence, a really stupid idea. It's utterly pointless and is all glamorous. Why not just keep it simple?
You went really in-depth with it, which is always a good thing, but it's just unreasonable for EE.
First of all, you could just talk to someone free of charge on MSN, Tinychat, IRC, or a bunch of other things.
Secondly, paying for time and messages? ...Just... what? That's ridiculous. Paying 100 gems for infinite messaging? HELL NO. I'm not spending a dime on EE, and I never will again.To be honest, it sounds like you just made an idea so you'll have something to buy for bragging rights.
Why make some insane and complex thing when a simple pm system would do? EE is a simple game, it shouldn't have a complex part that would probably be harder to code than the actual game itself.Just, no.
