Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Re: EE_Bot, A User Conifgurable Event-Listener

lol - why he shell give it away and why not?

- people say people can damage ee with it (huh what a ironie //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile)
- people can use this <- why this is bad? if every1 use this - why not? it will be boring and nothing special bcause   everyone has it so its no more a special thing. (so thats is a + to share it 4 me //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile if chris dont like to be special )
- chris can do it account binded (that he already said) so nobody can share it and it is still special //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile
- why to share it to very very very trusted people? i thinck he shell share it to everyone its always account binded
- so i thinck he shell make that he can delete "very very very " trusted people from the binded thing - so that if the people make crap - they cant use it anymore //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile
- if a guy is a very very lot time online and dont trolls everylevel - why he shell dont get this ? (uhh i dont mean myself) why the guy like to get a bad opinium about him? all will say he is linus2 ...
- so i thinck he shell if all say only truted people etc. not give away because you can nobody trust, because the cake is always a lie.

(sorry 4 my bad really bad english)

Another quick update. Most changes were behind the scenes. However the bot is now able to get the world data, so that it can be saved local (not yet implemented). But I still need to implement more events //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile

I have never thought of programming for reputation and honor. What I have in my heart must come out. That is the reason why I code.

Good. I hope you know that you can't build a bot like Chriskringel so fast. I guess it will take months or year to even do that. If you don't know the programming language ofc.

I have stopped counting. My inbox is explosing with messages like "OMG How do you do that" and "Can you programm a bot for me that does x"... No I wont tell and I wont create a special bot for you as stated in the first post. I simply dont have the time for that...

But back to topic: I have managed to implement a saving-function that can export worlds as EE-Animator files. However I will restrict this function to owned worlds in order to prevent abuse...

Thank you :-)

Bossking wrote:

I'll try it //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile

But to stay on topic, I created a video showing the load and save ability. This feature allows to create worlds local (for instance with EE-Animator) and upload them later with the Bot. So your level won't be discovered by anyone ;-) I can imagine this could be useful for contest and secret crew levels ;-) Another possibility would be, to link the saving to an event so that you keep a local copy everytime a user enters godmode for instance. The bot can then revert changes if someone starts trolling. However I'll restrict those functions to owned rooms, as they are a nightmare to every "x to code" level.

Here's the video:

PS: I've added a PayPal-Donation button to the opening post... That's because I still need an account with chat...

Re: EE_Bot, A User Conifgurable Event-Listener

Thanks for showing interest guys //forums.everybodyedits.com/img/smilies/big_smile I'll announce it in this topic when the bot goes beta. However there is still a lot of development to be done. However I could use some help right now. I still need the Block-IDs for CandyLand, Beta-Blocks and Christmas-Decoration. If you have these packs (or blocks that are not shown in the image below), it would be great if you could create a small world like this with every block you have:
