Which Favicon is better?

I made a couple of favicons for the 32Crew forums, and I don't know which one is better, so I need your help.   You can vote once, I'll end the voting at ten votes, winning favicon goes on, and whoever voted for the winning one gets +repped.

Favi 1: Click to see Total votes: Three out of the required six.
Favi 2: Click to see Total votes: Zero out of the required six.

I like the second one's transparency, and I like the first one's look overall.

I just made an animated one

smoother, but faster

Just save as and upload it to your forum if you use it

Really great, but can you make it 16x15 like I had it?   Get rid of a line under the bottom of "32" and move the bottom of the border up a pixel, if you know what I mean.

WAIT! I say that the second is better because of animation, but the first is actually representing the 32 crew. Try and make a 32 crew animation one. (combine them somehow)
