Why can people treat other people like garbage and get away with it?!?

I was playing EE and I went to the top level on Beta, and I saw somone was being bullied (gkabyssflorida) by the owner of the level, mrock01, because abyss wasn't good at brawl, and I stuck up for him and I got kicked. Later, when I came back, sat there, and did nothing, I still got kicked (although it was just a test to see if I could get kicked for doing nothing that time). We had Maingi helping us and telling mrock01 what abyss said on my level, and mrock just ignored everything and said things like "I DON'T CARE HE'S A NOOB" and "GO TO HELL". Despite no logic or deserved power, he was able to push us around for absolutely NO reason, and as if that's bad enough the other people on the level supported him just so they wouldn't get kicked (or so it would seem). Why can't people get banned for things like this? I mean, cyberbullying is bad in other places, but it seems it's just the WORST here.

Okay Earth, I'd like to say that's not how it happened. You were in there, and it was just fine. Now all of a sudden you start advertising your rooms to get your level popular. So I kicked you, so you don't get away with it. I let you stay again, then you called me a nub so I kicked again. Then you came in again while I was afk and trolled, but not for long before I loaded and kicked you again. So you're saying I should be banned for that? You're cyberbullying. Now get out. I kicked Gkaby because Gkaby started spamming on brawl so I said stop spamming. Gkaby spammed again so I got mad, I admit it. I raged and called Gkaby a noob, even though I was the one acting like a noob. Then Gkaby reports me. Then Gkaby tries to get me to brawl again, after just reporting me, then lies about reporting me. If you don't know the whole story, don't tell it.

I remember when Mrock hated me... I had the same treatment every time i saw him. I got instantly kicked from every level he owned also :/
Maingi was always on his side for everything sticking up for everything he says. After a while I was able to finally talk to him and now were friends. If he starts treating people bad though I WONT stick up for him like maingi does. I agree it's just not right.

The point of the argument is: He shouldn't call someone he knows nothing about a noob, and I'm not a noob, i've played since the game came out and I go to tournaments, it's offensive to me   because I used to spend hours on the game everyday, sometimes all day long, before I started playing ee, and its annoying bc he refuses to play w/me bc I'm supposedly a noob, bc he doesn't know me; I think its perfectly reasonable that he kicks me, since I reported him; but it started bc he called me a noob, which he shouldn't do, though I'm against him cursing, and he called me an   "###"

I can't just randomly not "Spam"(its in quotes bc it has diff definitions for diff ppl) if I've been playing that way for more than a year, half of it is habits anyway, which take a   while to stop. And I didn't lie about reporting you, I said that I didn't directly report you, which I mean that I didn't make a post specifically to get you banned, I used you calling me a noob as an example.

Everybody Edits Karma Houdinis. That's pretty much the entirety of why I don't have chat.

As an example: once, people were making crappy sprite art with really trippy colors. I tried to fix them, but I just got kicked. That's why all my sprite art is by hand...

I wasn't advertising my LEVELS, I was advertising my CLUB, which only members were aloud in, and I was about to tell people to open a new tab to join. I trolled because you kept kicking me, and kick abyss, and there's no real way to spam on brawl other then rapidly attacking, which is hardly spamming. No, I'm NOT cyberbullying, the only thing you lost when I trolled was something you wanted to get rid of anyway.

Good luck in the real world, where people have the most flawed logic and you can't do crap about it. Be thankful it's not too bad on EE... You just have to ignore it, you know. Being rude isn't against the laws... but it will be when I become dictator of the world.

Hooray for EE drama. I'm gonna remind Chris tomorrow to get to work making a ToS that should be a first step to at least limiting the amount of abuse handed out in the game. Banning/muting/warning every single player being abusive is completely unrealistic and there isn't a single community based online game that is without player abuse. Same argument could be made for IRL as well, it's best to just let it roll off the back, ignore it and move on.

With that said, bickering over such insignificant things over an online game is a waste of time. Keep your drama off the public forums.
