I have an idea.
How about make a bot which is kind of like hangman.
Blank spaces for letters of a word are drawn on top of the map. The other part of the map is divided into boxes with letters of the alphabet in them.
There is a portal to each box, that only works one way, so you can only choose a letter once.
The bot gives about 1 minute for the players to choose letters, and whoever is wrong, gets eliminated.
The next round, the remaining players have to choose a letter again, and once again the losers get eliminated. And so on until the word is complete, not until there is one player.
Now, obviously this seems a bit like choosing random letters and hoping to be correct, so hints will be either given using chat, which give chatters an advantage, or written on the minimap.

I had this idea before, But I think it needs better game play ideas an more organization, and I guarantee not before long someone will make a bot to spam a,b,c,d,e,... etc..

One usefull bot that I would like to use, is the Magic marker
V1.0
Do:
Write in a archieve .txt (or html) the magics that appear on the level.
Say: "Good work <username> you got a <magic>Optional:
Mark the amount of coin in somewhere on the level
Say: "You are the XXth getting magic here
Reset after magic
How about..... Ummmmm........ A bot that you can use to draw lines, except they're not just lines, they're thick shaded lines, like this pic. This is the minimap for that. Or you could be able to pick a pattern of different colors and shapes. And by the way, can someone please make a decent bot (I don't care what it does) for Mac? I've been trying to get a Mac bot, but there simply are none.

I got this idea from some suggestions above and some random dudes sig.
In a great world, you have a bottom of 10-20 beta bricks minimap size, as in big on the minimap. You have a normal smiley in the middle. On the bot, you drag the smiley to a brick and set a time limit for how long people have. The bot moves the smiley on the mini and starts counting down(optional as to whether or not its minimap size). When it reaches 0, it deletes all the other blocks for a second or 2, then put them back and you repeat, possibly setting the time limit for less each time. Your choice.
A flip bot? You make 2 sides, and they get flipped at a timely rate( every 2 seconds, 4, 6, 8, etc...)
A reveal bot: The whole world appears to look blank. With the shift bot thing, you make a setting, like a forest, yet one little part of the map is revealed, and you catch up to it.
A mimic bot: Blocks are mimiced on an oppisite side of your desire.
I suck at bot thinking, but that is all i can think of. I suck.
hm got an idea, don't think its possible though, a maze where you play tag. whoever is it has the crown, and when they touch someone else the crown moves to them and they become it. Every 5 minutes the person with the crown is banned :>
and yes banned as in banned forever

I like how you added passing the crown to another, the non chatters will know who is in, but i dont like the banned forever part.....
EE Beast: What about Bobithan's moving level idea, but instead of moving simply in one direction with the creation process, the bot changes with time. So say the Bot creates a new section to the right of the previous one, then the next time it creates a section that is above the current one.
You could even have multiple paths that stem off the current section, like having one possible path go up and another go right. Then these paths could connect later on.

@master1, Its imposible to give a crown to a player by bot (I cant just send "give <user> crown") This is simlar to my "capture the smiley" idea where you get the crown on the other side from your team and the bot follows you, if someone touches you from your team, they now have it, if from an oposing team, they now make it return to its base

That sounds interesting, and maybe there could be portal shortcuts to different parts of the map to add some more challenge in, so you could memorize the portal targets for an advantage.
This way have one team versus another and the one who wins the most out of 3 or 5 or something gets their team a win. If you did this you could have a whole league of teams with maybe 5 players from each team playing a match, and in between matches you can alternate your players so everyone gets a chance to play.
You could even change it from 1 vs. 1 to a 4 team free for all by separating the map into quadrants. Each of the four teams gets their own corner of the map and the center is owned by nobody.

How about a mod bot? That put a graphical way for everyone to be able to place blocks that they couldn't have... like beta...

But the bot can say: *username* its your turn, or somethinglike that

Whenever a user touches a red block, that user's variable goes down by 1.
When a user's variable is 0, he respawns at the last checkpoint he touched and his variable goes back up to 3.
Oh, and did I mention spawns act as checkpoints?

It's impossible for a bot to know if a player touched a red block.
Unless you set it to where if a player is in a certain spot (near the block, like nearly touching it) then that might work.
You also can't just spawn only one person, it would spawn all.
Basicly 3/4 of what you said is impossible, but could lead to a good idea.

Another idea!
"Rain" Bot:
This bot cause portals to appear from a surface and move adjacently to the plane it spawns on. Okay I'm going to simplify this with a picture:
The arrows symbolize the direction which the portals move in after being spawned at certain surfaces. When the portals collide with a surface or another portal they disappear in the first case and cancel each other out in the second.
You could split the level into boxes with minis or something and have portals moving inside of them. If you get hit by one of those portals your'e either sent to the beginning of the mini or the beginning of the level.
You could also use the portals as rain, bullets, etc. You could add periods of time where the portals stop moving, or when you get the crown they simply disappear.
Second Idea:
"Search" Bot:
You have the bot placed somewhere in a labyrinth and players must find it. When a player touches the bot, a collision event set up in the bot's programming causes it to say: "_Insert Player Name Here_ has found me!" and restart the level.
Ways to increase difficulty:
1.The Bot spawns in different locations each time.
2.The labyrinth's passages change after a set period of time or randomly.
3.Have multiple labyrinth designs made so that each level reset brings in a new one.
4.You can have the walls of the labyrinth be normal gray walls while the bot uses the ninja smiley. (The color of these blocks and the ninja smiley are almost identical on the mini map see:
Within that room, which is filled with gray blocks are two smiley. One is using the default smiley the other ninja.)
5.Elaborating on 4, you could have single gray blocks set up throughout the map which would mimic a motionless ninja smiley.
You could also use this concept for a "Cops and Robbers" Bot, this one is pretty self explanatory and is almost identical to a run from gods boss.
Step 1) Multiple smileys are cops and the same with robbers.
Step 2) The robbers are given a head start, and then the cops chase them.
Step 3) When a cop touches a robber, the robber is sent via portal to jail by the bot.
Step 4) Ways to win: Cops win if all robbers are captured within a set time.
Robbers win if even one of them is left free when the time elapses.
Pretty simple concept I know, but if you employed it into a complex level with portals and such it could be fun.
EDIT: If collisions between smileys are not possible, then for the labyrinth you can use a crown and gold brick background which would replace the ninja and gray blocks.
So just thought I'd share some more of my ideas, hope someone likes them.
