How do you become a moderator? What do you do if you are a mod? Just stop asking alltogether because you won't become one. It doesn't matter if you troll or are skilled in a game it takes a lot to become a mod.

Do not ask to be a mod. If you have to ask, you will NEVER be a mod. We say don't ask for a reason.
