What dose -REP and +REP mean?
It's Arby. I'm new here, and I don't know what -REP and +REP means. :/

+REP = When you do good things, and people give you said rep for doing such things.
-REP = When you do bad or stupid things, people are gonna give you -rep.
It serves no real purpose. Just a number.

On any user, click the "+" button to add a rep. Their rep number will go up. Same with the "-". Click on the blue "Reputation" link to see all the reasons there reps were for. ima goin 4 300 reppzzzz.
