List of people to ban: Forums

I've noticed on the EE General Discussion there is a "List of people to ban", but there isn't one here for forum accounts.
So I decided to make this.
Post shared forum accounts, -rep spammers, rude usernames, etc. here.
EDIT: If you see multiple topics of this, I got double billed quite a few times.

I don't think there's been any shared forum accounts, and as far as I know, -rep spammers can't be banned. It's a simple number.
And, like Bobithan said, there's a report button for a reason.

Bans work through warnings, we typically don't just ban whenever we feel like it.

Therefore, if you notice a pattern with someone's misbehavior, chances are they've already accumulated warnings and are about to be banned.

Reporting works 10x better, too.
