Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Woots might not kill EE after all.

I was just randomly searching the EE blog and see what comments people have left when I found this one by MrShoe

"The idea is to have Top Wooted Worlds (even ones that are closed), alltime wooted or ?on the rise? (worlds that get a lot of woots right now), are all plans we have for the future. Or most online right now, or which have potions allowed etc.
So woots are the first step towards a better interface for finding and sharing worlds.
Regarding Chris, he is still very much involved in EE. That is also why I keep saying ?we? when I write about the new updates
/MrShoe"

Maybe Woots are as he said a step forward to a new interface and maybe nubby levels wont take over the lobby. But I'm dreading 21st November because all the nubs will start making alts and Wooting their levels :/

Here's something else.

Regarding your ideas, I think that EE needs some ui-work, both ingame and in the lobby. Easier ways to sort worlds, and a ?settings? screen for your own worlds are defiantly things I would like to see soon.

This (Hopefully) means that the lobby wont just be sorted by Woots meaning nubby levels might be pushed down again where they belong!

MrShoe also says that he doesn't think that every world Wooted deserves it

I agree that not all worlds that a wooted might deserve it, but on the other hand, that is for the one giving the woot to decide. A lot of people are probably just giving out woots to try it out.
Remember that the woots will decay, so even if a world has many woots today, it might not have it tomorrow or the day after.
And one last thing, regarding waiting for a beta-user: All normal users still have their worlds sorted by number of current users. So beta-users will see your world on the top if it is wooted, normal users will see it on top if it has many players.

I noticed most of these comments yesterday. Failgirl is getting the attention of MrShoe and is doing a really good job. I've been visiting the blog a lot for any new important comments.

I like how the woot system is so easely hackable, like that we can see tons and tons of room with the same name at the first places.
What's better, we can't even join them.

*The like was sarcastic, I hope you knew that..
