Just send an email to Chris..   If your email (google) was hacked, google has a form where you can submit information to start an investigation.   It's not really hard.

I dont know how to take pictures but I know he hacked me because Im not shared and all of a sudden he trolls all my maps and saves it I told him to get off of it but he didnt listen please ban him...and save my acc which I waisted my money on

What I am curious about is why didn't you just say you fell for a con instead of saying he is hacking you in the first place?

Falling for a trick isn't exactly getting hacked.

Why can't you just change your password? I've had people logging into my account and all I have to do is that and it works.
