Simple you say you do something and the person below you says The effect of what you do. So heres an example.
Bob:I throw a old lady down mah stares >:D
Jack: the effect of that is she Hits you with her cain.I kill mah granpa!
Like that! i will start
I slap a cop!

i use another Ip address and tell chris that you banned me for no reason.

I tell all mods and you finally got banned, Including your IP address and you cant change your ip adresss.
