No, the answer is 5=1, look for the first part:

1=5
  2=54
  3=543
  4=5432
  5=?

if 1=5, so 5=1

I think it is:
123 = 5,319611.... x10^36.

It's like:
1= 2^0 = 1
2= 2^1 = 2
3 = 2^2 = 4
x= 2^(x-1).
