Now you could use my devil idea, only you could sit on him, and use the shoes as paddles to row across the lake or the legendary shovel! It's so rare, it's legendary status cannot be known by others! It will also not melt or break! And it makes great cookies too, but that's my special function.

You ask the devil to act as a rowboat for him, but he declines your request. You try shedding a tear, so he would feel sorry for you but he just keeps going on with his shower.

Dig underneath the huge lava puddle.

If your shovel breaks: climb back up and try to take down the hook jump kit to be placed somewhere else.

If it doesn't break: go in the devils house.

Mysterious forces (probably the stupid game mechanics) don't let you dig any further down.

If your shovel breaks: climb back up and try to take down the hook jump kit to be placed somewhere else.

Since the previous plan failed, you decide to move the DIY Hookjump Kit over to the lava lake using the "Restore to default" button on it that was obviously there the whole time. It doesn't help much, but at least now you have the advantage of height.

put the grappling hook on the bow and shoot it onto the stalagcites swinging to the other side of the lava pool then aknowledge the fact you did not need that mean devil and then do a victory dance!!

Take the laces out of the shoes, and use the pocket knife to cut open the shoes. Take the shoe laces, and tie the shoes into a balloon shape.
Take down the DIY hook jump kit.

Jump as far as you can towards the lava while holding up the shoe balloon. The heat updrafts from the lava carry you across to the other side.

Break off a large stalactite and shoot the other large stalactites to make a path over the lava and croos the path. (p.s. the stalactites are special ones which don't melt in lava)

i will edit what i said use the pocket knife as the hook and attach it to the bow use the shoelaces to make a rope to shoot it as if your using it to swing from stalagcite to stalagcite until u get to the other side! recognizing the fact u did not need that mean devil then go off in your adventures

Push down the HOOK KIT so you can use it as a bridge! Pass the lava and... I'll let the others decide

you don't have a grappling hook.

you can't remove/add blocks to the DIY Hookjump Kit. It's a single piece.

With your minute smiley strength, you manage to topple the Hookjumps with great effort. Still seems like a long jump to the other side.

Take the shoelaces out of the shoes and tie them together. Then tie them like a lasso and use it to grab and pull a stalactite from the ceiling, landing in the lava and forming a bridge for the last bit.

What's a double jump? You're only a noob, you have no idea what that is. Oh okay so you just twice gaining enough speed to cover the long jump? How can I expect you to do that? It's not li- Okay fine.
You miraculously jump the remaining part of the lake and reach the devil's house. You only have access to the entrance, since the remaining rooms are locked up. You have no idea what could possibly be in those two rooms.

1.) Head back to the devil and hold him a shovel point (Gun point) and make him give back all the feathers.
2.) Pull the hook jump back up and attach the feathers in a line to the hook jump with the shoelaces from your two left shoes (Didn't need shoes anyway).
3.) Climb across the pit with ease. Pull the hook jump back with the feathers. Throw your shoes at the devil, make them hit him,   and say its a gift for being such a help. Climp up the tunnel with the hook jump.

You try to invoke fear to the devil (which is virtually impossible) by holding a shovel up to his neck (interesting method).
The devil ignores your threat and continues his shower, ruining your whole plan.

You open the trapdoor above the ladder (Not rocks) and enter the cave..?
Doesn't really seem like a cave... More like rooms. Oh well, the devil lied about one thing. Can't be too bad right?
So what door are you going to head through?
