Guess what, forums! You're officially two years old!
To celebrate, I'm starting a newspaper that will run twice a month. The best part is that YOU, yes you, can contribute!
Just have a good enough idea and you might get a part in the only newspaper for Everybody Edits!
I could always use a hand with this, after all, newspapers are sort of hard for one person to manage.

The first issue! This is only the beginning.

August 5, 2010: The forums are created. Party!
August 5, 1962: The famous actress/sex symbol Marilyn Monroe died.

Incredibly sunny with a hint of discontent.
Predicted sunniness for several months to come.

Over the last two weeks:
Timed doors, Plate Iron package, Warning sign package, Industrial package, along with the Gas Mask and Robot Smileys (not shown)

You could make a very interesting industrial-type factory world!

Dear Zoey,

Hi, I have a serious problem and I'd like your opinion. A few days ago, I cut myself in an awkward place while slicing some cucumbers for my dogs after having used them for... things that have rendered them unfit for human consumption, in my opinion. It's a pretty severe cut and I'm still bleeding, and I have been for the past few days. What should I do??

...That's really, really gross.
Try putting a band-aid on it, and don't cut cucumbers that way.
Or, alternatively, you could go see a doctor.

I'm glad you asked. Well, I had about fifty other names and then I decided, screw it, acronyms are amazing. The last three letters stand for 'Everybody Edits Newspaper', and I guess it's up to the reader to decide what the rest stands for. It'll probably be better than what I have.

Why did you join the forums? What's changed since then?

I joined the forums because someone on EE linked me to it (I'm not sure who, though, so sorry to that person), and saw it as a cool hangout for EE players. The main things that have changed are that 1) There are more mods/admins and more inactive mods/admins; and 2) There's a lot of nubs.

An interesting approach at a new service.
However, I suggest making an email service to mass-forward newsletters to.

It's just as much about delivery when it comes to services, as you'd want people actually reading your articles.

I did have something like that planned. Since I pretty much threw most of the paper together over the weekend, I decided I'd have a few sections that only run once a month as opposed to twice, along with a few other things.

I think it's funny how you both said almost exactly the same thing. I also had a comic planned, (it was a gif, but it was pretty low quality) but I couldn't put it in the paper because it sucked.

I didn't think of that! I'm not sure if I'd actually do that, though, because I doubt everyone checks their emails regularly.

I think you should add like something like featured levels or the level of the day or something.
also I'd add something about crews too.
