Eh, mine didn't turn out to be the same as how some people got someone else to get chat, odd.

It was months ago, ya know, before the IRC became the place for everyone...
I was in the EX crew tinychat one day as usual, some discussion i cannot recall later, Nou PM's me he could get me chat, my paranoia flared at the question, but seeing as how he's made it this far, i figured he was trustworthy...
So i changed the password, gave him the account info, he put chat on it, i changed the pass back, thanked him deeply (And to this day as well.)
And that my friends is how i'm able to chat nowadays.

Mom: whats that?

(EXPLANATIONS ARE CUT OUT BECAUSE IT TAKES TOO LONG)

Me: Understand now?

Mom: yes. Oh wait, parental control!

Me: just get the chat!

Mom: must... read...

5 hours of reading parental control later...

Mom: hmmm

Me: COME ON!

Mom: but I have to pay 1 cent...

Me: they lose money, it even says here that it costs 3 cents for each person to get chat!

Mom: I'm still not sure...

Me: Im 13!!!!

Mom: fine. DAAAD!

(Dad comes in)

Dad: what?

Mom: fill out this credit-card thing.

Dad: ok.

(30 minutes later.)

Dad: all done, there you go.

Me: yay! Lets try it out!

(goes to ee)

Me: wtf, the chat isn't working >.<

(there was a chat bug going on, and chris was too lazy to fix it)

Me: NOOOOO!

2 weeks later

Me: finally! The bug is fixed! I can chat!!! 1bigsmile1

At least there was a happy ending

How I got my beta and chat:

Me: Hey dad can I pay over the internet for an online game?
Dad: No.

1 day later:
Me: Dad can I use your credit card to pay for Everybody Edits for nice features?
Dad: What features?
Me: Get stuff before others, get saved worlds, get nice smilies and bricks..
Dad: No

1 day later:
Me: Please dad, I wantz saved worlds so much, so my work won't be lost.
Dad: No

I kept doing that for about 2 months (with brakes).

After a lot of time:
Me and my Sister (we share our account): Can we at least give you each one 2.5$ and you'll buy us for 5$
Dad: It costed 10$ didn't it
Me: Yeah but Chris lowered the price for Xmas
Dad: In this case yeah just gimme the money
Me: Seriously?
Dad: Sure it's half the price

I got it from a random site where I put in my e-mail and password, and someone(?) gets chat for me.
Too bad that exact site no longer works.
