^ Water does work surprisingly well.
But processors is still the best.
Also, to make a quarantine, put a three block high wall that leads up to the building. Kick anyone who zombies inside the building.

Processor's is very good, but it requires tons of spawns and timed doors to work properly, which I don't have.

That definitely works, but zombies could just stay on the spawn point, which is a real problem. Try and see if you can fix this, and I'll add it to the front post.

^ Wow... that one's amazing! You could easily shorten it by removing some of the water length, and to prevent zombie spamming, add some time doors near the end.
I made it shorter, I really don't think the timed doors will help, probably even hinder.

For some reason, zombies can't go through one-way platforms placed directly under blocks.
Instant zombie-free area.
Well you can just get a whole lot of water that is dug real down so zombies can't get down. FTR zombies can't go as far as they want as it comes to water
My idea. The stripes mean moment of truth (aka zombie or human) and green means human. Prison background means zombie infected. (BTW, made this in close to 3 minutes, not the most effective.)

Well my version has a trap so if someone who drank the potion jump, s/he will be trapped so it's kind of possible to unzombie in a while. If I get it right.
I'll try to do something that will have a spawn in another place anyway.
I recently tested this, but if you type in /potionsoff 9, it will disable the zombie potion and all zombies will turn back to normal smileys.
That is the easiest way IMO, unless you are doing a zombies vs. humans thing :/

I think my method need to be updated. Right now can someone be spawned when the first door is open, and can then fell down on a zombie that is waiting below.
I think this update will fix that issue.

Oh no, they can.
Mine is rendered useless.
EDIT= they still move down really slowly in water, and probably can't get out still.

Test it then. Find some zombie dude in your level, and teleport him into the afk.
You have zombie? If so, go in to it.
