This is quite a serious matter, but we have discussed it in the team and agreed to allow you back in two weeks.
At that point we will unban your accounts.

If we ever catch you doing something even remotely abusive again, you will be banned for good. No warnings.

Are you sure you didn't get any warning ? Even after MrShoe mentioned in the terms that a warning will be sent ?

Well, I was also suspended for a while and I learned one thing: You can talk to shoe if you approach him accordingly.
Still, my opinion about him remains - although the ban-issue has been resolved.

It says that you can CREATE a game like EE. He doesn't write that you can use EE's code and edit it, and host it.

Although if something legal came up, meredith could claim that chris's email was misleading and would be able to get off with it.
