Stubby's smileys (Taking requests!!!)

All you need to do is suggest me a smiley and i'll make it ASAP.     I'll even make hard ones.

Make one with a smile upside down but revolving around the face and the eyes moving in random places at random times and fireworks behind it and have it carry a magic wand.

1. Are you talking animation?     I don't animate.
2. Fireworks are not part of the smiley.
3. No real smileys carry anything and it's pixel dimensions can only be 16x16.     If he's holding something, he'll have to have a hand holding it which will exceed length of 16 pixels.

Yes, there are wizards and more with higher pixel dimensions.     I would love to make some taller if i knew the maximum pixel height...     And what's "durping-out"?
