and at last yes I was started before contest but I never have seen or knew that I couldnt begin faster.

blogpost of rpgmaster: He said that you already could start making before contest was started. So I dont know what happens now but I think there is some missunderstanding.

This level was from 90% made before this contest even began, is it ok RPG?

Anyway when are you going to finally ban smilis? He has been breaching my rights(copying my rooms) since ever and I am sure I am not alone(2nd story, eedd, zacoist, EX..). He was told at least 50 times. Oh and I dont really care how old is he.

Yeah, that's alright. It was never a real rule to begin with but more of a warning since any future requirements that I came up with might not make the level qualified.

Since there is no ToS in place, there's nothing I can do about Smilis yet.

please add UltraBlock14 even though i didn't add him in the signing the team, please
still allow my very large world cause i spent alot of days on it and i don't have enough
energy to get the 40X40, and i'm a backup

Sorry, but it's way too late for that now. I can't start making exceptions.

And why do you not apply the same rule to smilis? I am not talking about ToS I am talking about my personal rights(something like ownership rights). Because the things that you described can actively harm people that play this game. I am simply making use of whatever tools and rights that Chris has given me.

I've recently heard lots of requests to use one, so I've added a new clause stating that you can use wide worlds as well.

I have one question, who is going to judge/test our levels?
