And um the smiley isnt really anything speacial, you need to shade way better and get an actual concept, but good for a first try

OffTopic; Dominator, change your sig. I'm getting tired of seeing that dog, and it's well over 300px anyway.

OnTopic; Smileys have to be 16x16 (pixels), and I'd call it the Unique smiley.

The colors don't contrast very well; the lime green mouth looks ugly against that more somber red color.
I'd suggest perhaps taking some pixel art tutorials, it'd definitely help you out
