depends its take a while to sort the layers and lay it all out, once i done that, not long at all

Oh, I just like it.. and my brother also does...

I have about an hour at night to do this, my computer is really bad. It doesn't support Opera and GIF animator together. And I've been doing it about a 5 days, yes, so 5 hours totally. And 2 hours of remaking some frames, which I didn't like

Echo!, since you've quit, may I take your business? I need your "good word" and redirect link in case of requests!

I've noticed a flaw in a cowboy animation.

Shotguns can only hold and shoot 2 barrels (or Bullets if you prefer) before reloading, how come the cowboy shot 3, and reloaded 3?
Unless he really is Chuck Norris.

Also, what do you mean by Ninjas vs Pirates? Football match or random fight?

possibly Both, but let me tell the description for a Random fight.
In the middle of the sea, a pirate crew are on a wooden ship. Without caution, the Ninjas use the teleportation device to hi-jack the ship to send it to some other place that belongs to Ninjas. However, the Pirates fight back, using their swords and flintlocks to shoot down the ninjas and stop them from attacking.
The ninjas use Samurai swords and Shruikens to fight the pirates.
They fight all over the place, one moment even a Gunpowder barrel explodes.
The ninjas soon give up, and are held at gun-point so they must "walk the plank", but the pirates forgot they have Teleportation devices, and then the whole thing replays.

This carries on in a loop.
