Chat bubbles

Ife just started off with making sign's but the chat bubbles are realy hard, i draw the text by myself.
Is there a program or a technic to make it simpeler?
I have the same problem with putting names under it sow could you help me too with that?

I don't get why so many parents won't buy chat. It's only 1 cent, and Chris isn't making any profit from it. In fact, he LOSES money when chat is bought.

He has to pay 3 cents for ALL transactions. He loses 2 cents every time chat is bought. I would expect he has lost about 5 dollars so far.

create a paypal account without creditcard attached do a servey to get money it'll go into the paypal bank and then use that. then you can get chat.

I don't understand why people say it's a scam, using PayPal Chris can't access your card details.
