Signature making

Hi, I've got a friend who just bought Photoshop CS5 but doesn't know how to use it well. I know how to do it but I don't have Photoshop so I can't help him. He wanted to make a signature and made it, but he doesn't like it so much. He asked me to post here as he saw Alex making sigs and he liked it. I'll post the sig, if anyone wants, can and would be so kind to fix it and do some cool effects etc.

Download the pic to your computer, upload to other website, then replace it here. No one can see the picture straight out of gmail.
