The Sig Machine

Hello, I'm too lazy to make my own sig, but I want to make someone else their sig. If anyone knows what that is, tell me.
Anyway, I CAN make animated sigs (but it may be off), so Request away!
NOTE:my animated sigs are slightly shaky sometimes.

I am doing a monthly special! for a limited time of one month, I am making a special type of sig!
February: Custom Smileys
I'll make custom smileys, tell me what you want and I'll make a smiley for you. fill out this form:

Hey i know what i want for my sig a postman smiley with a blue hat raving in a club with loads of other postmen. And make it like flashing lights u know?

He's dancing while holding the sign. You can't put it for avatar, sorry, but It will go nicely next to your current sig. put it on the same line. Here is your code:

May I have one with my name in the middle with any cool font and color?

And with any type of background that is animated. Maybe like a rainbow background with the colors maybe changing color or just where they go in the rainbow.

And with all my smily's that I have as eather a boarder or just randomly arranged. I don't care what one.

EDIT2: iga's was easy, but It is bad quality and annoying. I will do a better one, and let you go to the link (I don't want you to get seizures)
