Sig Request.(Must be good)

Hello I'm looking for someone to make me a new sig, I have a basic idea of what i want, so it wouldn't be that hard of job.
What i want is basically the picture below but with a few modification, like if you can do animations to have snow falling, maybe a icy mist in the background and you might want to put a new font in idk.

But do what ever try and surprize me. If there is more than one will give out a +rep to all the good ones even if i don't pick them.
