Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Re: A sword.

Nice, but I think the hilt needs to be one space to the left, and needs a bit more detail maybe.

It's pretty lame for what it is - I mean, you've only used 6 block types/colours.

Could swear I've seen that in a few pixel art levels if you know what I mean.

Well I could of used more block packs, but I didn't have the time for it and I could not be bothered either and I could've done a better job.

Saintcool, do you look around the forum trying to find my posts and trying to insult me and trying to make excuses and false allegations up?

You mean't my sword or his sword? Because I don't know.
Anyways, if those words would be to me, I could say this is actually my first pixel art like that.

I'm not even sure how to answer that, for starters I was talking to the op, and to him sorry I was wrong about the sword, looks great. To you I'm not even going to answer for that.

More colors doesn't mean better.   You can make some decent pixel art with 6 or less colors.

Re: A sword.

I don't try to use more colours when I do art. I just do what I think looks best, and make adjustments as I go.

It's actually more impressive to use less colors, but in a way to not limit yourself too much, while still making decent art.

Some 8-bit games only allowed 3 colors per sprite and still had some pretty decent art.

Point is, more=/= better.   Quality over quantity.

EDIT: to the OP, the handle is a pixel off.
