I've had a go at this, but the site I uploaded it on seemed to slow it down a bit.

Not everyone starts out great.   You could also say Echo isn't a "pro" animator as he doesn't make the graphics of the animations, and using graphics that use no animation other than bobbing around.

I meant off by your EE animations.

I don't mean to sound like an ****, but that animation is mostly the finished picture but erasing more and more each frame, then played in reverse.   Do you have anything else?

my other sig, with the smiley jumping and pulling things down..

and some of my animtions the fights, flys rockets, swing on ropes, shoot, ect.

edit and I made the fireman smiley my self.

Those are drag and paste animations.   I asked for some other works, could you show them please.

I don't mean to offend you, but when working with art, you have to take the good and the bad.   If you only accept sugar-coated comments, then you cannot become better.   When you post guides/tutorials, it should be assumed you're very good at it, but all I have seen is what I've said above, which I don't think makes you an excellent animator.   I'm a critic, I know, and I don't intend to offend but I call it how I see it.

That link. If you gave me Flash CS4, 8.5 hours, and the video that he "copied every frame of the video" from. Sure! I could then come up with something with that standard.

I am not an artist, I don't actually have much skill when it comes to drawing..

It's only my the people who like me that call me "pro"... I mean if they was really sucky, I wouldn't be the most + repped person on this forum :3.

Hey, you were the one who tried to argue me when I said that you weren't "pro," so I'm confused with what you're trying to tell me now.   On a forum full of people who mostly don't know how to animate anything, yeah, being repped a lot isn't a surprise.  

I think your animations' movements are slow, but also fast with things happening too soon after each other.

Well it's meant to be slow, I make them so it looks good, I don't need to match them with he game.

Echo, how do you make the jumps look more like jumps and not like the smiley is floating upwards?   Add fewer frames?
