EE bible on Guardians

In the beginning Benjaminsen created the EE universe. The world of EE was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of Benjaminsen was moving over the surface of the waters.

By faith we understand that the EE universe was formed at Benjaminsen's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."
            Now no blocks had yet appeared on the EE planet and no decorations had yet sprung up, for the Lord Benjaminsen had not sent creativity on the EE planet and there was no one to work with the creations. But streams of innovation came up from the EE planet and were implemented into the beautiful game we now call Everybody Edits. Then the Lord Benjaminsen formed a smiley from the dust of the pixels and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the smiley became a living being.

But MrShoe took over the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the EE heavens by his understanding.
            MrShoe took the smiley and put it in the EE world to work and take care of it. And MrShoe commanded the smiley, “You are free to play my game but you must be obedient to any and all rules and must have a sense of respect towards them, for when you break the rules, you will certainly be banned.”
            MrShoe said, “It is not good for the smiley to be alone. I will make multiple guardians suitable for it.”
            Thus MrShoe created Five guardians. The guardian of knowledge, the guardian of beauty, the guardian of respect, the guardian equality, the guardian of division.
            The guardian of knowledge was named Atilla. The smiley grew interested in innovation and creation and became bored of simplicity. Thus the smiley created a 'bot'. However the 'bot' was too harmless and was of no fun to the smiley. Therefore the smiley created an abusive 'bot' which spammed worlds and ruined levels. Atilla saw this poor behavior from the smiley, tracked it, and warned it. However, the smiley did not learn and persisted in making 'bots' which harassed users and levels. This gave Atilla no other choice but to ban this smiley. This was not the only task Atilla had. He was also chosen to scan for safety of links smileys posted to websites or images and ban smileys directly if the links led to inappropriate material. Thus Atilla was in charge of any hidden harassment through non physical smiley abuse or creations.
            The guardian of beauty was named Boh. The smiley received edit from another smiley and was able to shape or modify the world. However, the smiley grew bored of helping and decided to have fun through trolling and griefing. Boh saw this poor behavior from the smiley and decided to give a warning to the smiley to never do such thing again. However the smiley persisted in trolling thus Boh had to kick the smiley out of the world. Unfortunately, this did not change the behavior of the smiley and Boh saw the same smiley trolling in another world. After consulting with other guardian and MrShoe himself, Boh was able to make a decision on whether she was going to ban the smiley. Thus Boh was in charge of any harassment through destruction of art or creations.
            The guardian of respect was named GKAbyssflorida. The smiley thought it was ok to abuse the chat system for direct harassment against another smiley. The smiley used abusive words, name calling, swearing, and overall bullying in order to demotivate another smiley. GKAbyssflorida noticed that the harassment has gotten too far and so he banned the smiley. Another smiley was also harassing another smiley although not as abusively. GKAbyssflorida also noticed this and began warning the smiley and reconstructing the attitude of the smiley. However, the smiley persisted in the abuse thus GKAbyssflorida consulted with other guardians and MrShoe himself in order to make the decision on whether he was going to ban the smiley. Thus GKAbyssflorida was in charge of any direct harassment through chat.
            The guardian of equality was named Squadfs. The smiley grew better in making worlds and created many innovative and popular levels. However, this smiley felt the need to demotivate new smileys that have recently joined the EE universe. The smiley did not harass the other smiley directly but rather harassed the work of the smiley. Squadfs knew that in reality the smiley was actually very mature and simply had an outburst of negative energy on the newer smiley. Therefore Squadfs did not directly ban the smiley but instead helped the smiley understand that such behavior against the work of the newer smileys is not tolerated. Squadfs continued by giving constructive feedback and criticism with advice to the newer smiley on how this smiley could improve it's level. Thus Squadfs was in charge of harassment towards a newer smiley's level.
            The guardian of division was named KingOfTheOzone. The smiley got bored of it's appearance thus it decided to take the soul of another. In the new soul, the smiley had received more blocks, more faces to choose from and therefore it had more fun overall. KingOfTheOzone noticed that the smiley is shared but did not take any actions as the smiley was only shared between two or three other smileys. However, as time passed, KingOfTheOzone noticed that the shared smiley was now used by many other smileys and is now abused for harassment and other rule breaking purposes. KingOfTheOzone decided to send an email to the original owner of the smiley to change the password and threaten with a ban. However the original owner of the smiley has not replied to the email and has not changed the password thus KingOfTheOzone directly banned the shared smiley.
            However, as time passed some smileys became upset that they were not selected to be a certain guardian.
"I deserved to be the guardian of division!" Fdoou cried.
"I deserved to be the guardian of beauty!" Calicara cried.
It was not meant to be that the supporter of a certain harassment was to be the guardian as the judgments made were highly biased and most likely followed by false judgement. So a dark leader had risen.
            3:1-5 Linus21 assaulted our first smileys, to draw them to sin, and the temptation proved fatal to them.
            "Has MrShoe really said, 'You shall not break any of the rules?'" Linus21 asked.
Then a dark force has risen. A rebellion against the guardians had formed.
"Our harassment is not fatal! It does not cause much harm! We should not be crucified for our actions!" The dark followers yelled together.
The guardians saw that what seemed to be a good cause was only making the arguments worse. The smileys were scared instead of delighted with the peace the guardians were bringing.
            Only then MrShoe began to realise that the guardians were not the answer. EE universe had become overrun by rules and what seemed to be a joyful flash game had become into a strict prison.
            3:1-5 There are many temptations to which being alone gives great advantage.

TL;DR

The story above has two messages.
The first and foremost. I think a specific person should be chosen to do a specific task which they are most qualified in doing. This will give a specific task to each guardian to do so they will be more 'on task' and know what they actually have to do. This way it will reduce the amount of bad choices and decisions the guardians might make.
The second point is the ending might be misleading. I did not mean that my idea is bad, I simply meant that the best solution is not to have guardians at all as there will always be issues... no matter how great our ideas are.

Give your opinions on this idea. Give names of people most qualified for a specific position as I might have not considered a better person in my short story. Also tell me if I might have missed anything out.

Nvd and Ultrabass in your story are just bad faces in our beutiful and lovely world they are the smileys of destruction and spam. If this is not enoth they will become Guardians of goodness.
The Guardians of goodness will ban everything what's good and Guardian of beutifull Calicara.

The idea of managing a specific area wouldn't really work, if I were a guardian I would join a world and look at the chatbar - is anyone spamming? Is anyone being abusive? Has anyone posted unsafe links? Has anyone been advertising their world here? ; no, I'll look at the map - is there and obscene imagery? Is there anything which is unpleasant (symbols of hate)? ; no, great I'll just keep scanning the chat and world.

Guardians have to do the same job, but I would be willing to hang about some new players - well I do that anyway.
