As EDJ said it depends on loads of things such as. If i like the person, if there worth it, if i'm old, and blah so on...

Also if it was a loved one who I really love I would probably kill my self to be with them.

If I can save myself AND the other person, I'd do that. If I can't, depends on the person, what mood I'm that day, how old I am, and, most important, if I actually CAN save him/her.

Depends slightly on the person and more on my age vs theirs, their health, and a couple other factors. But for the most part, yes, I would.
