Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

I'm going to need to record a little playthrough of EE. What's the best way to record a smooth video of the game? Free would be good. Mac or PC.
The only recording programs I know are Hypercam 3 and Camtasia
I use Camtasia these days. If you want to see how well it captures EE gameplay action, just take a look at the 2 promo videos up on our official Youtube channel.
Camtasia is really good.
Camtasia is really good.
You should get Camtasia, but legally, you have to pay for it.
Ouch... Camtasia is $300. And I don't do torrents unless I'm desperate, because of the malware risk (you can scan but the scanners don't catch everything) and the ethics (programmers have to eat, too).
Hypercam. Dot.

Hypercam records in bad quality, Camtasia is MUCH better, but the legal way is a bit expensive.
Get an old version of manycam that could record(you might have to do a bit of research and searching to find what version number it is), but it's free, can record in as good a quality as you might want, and you don't have ugly watermarks like hypercam does.
Or camtasia, if you want to pay.
I don't want to be the one to say this, but I suppose I might as well.
There's a lot of videos with registration keys in the description that probably work, so you don't have to use a keygen.
Or.... You could use CamStudio with its loss-less codec. It actually works quite nicely, and best of all, it's 100% free. http://camstudio.org/
