Making websites.

Hopefully this topic isn't too much like one I read. But I'm doing my first "helping" topic, I'm basicly making free websites. If you don't know anything at all about building one just give me a discription of what you ant it to be like, possibly an HTML for a tinychat/xat chat. Try fillng this out.
