Nope, it's SDK, with Player IO (formely called Nonoba Development Tools).

He knows because he must have clicked the PLAYER. IO that flashes every time you load EE.

No, I just knew that Player IO IS Nononba development tools, and SDK is basically a version of a Flash game maker.
