Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

and I am feeling very much refreshed.
When I was little I never took naps but now I'm older and I'm sleeping whenever I can.
Little kids need more sleep, but want less. Older kids/adults need less sleep, but want more.(at least as far as I can tell)

good mini speech.
Its more that teenagers need sleep later in the day, but when they don't get this because of their schedules, they prefer naps to help catch up.

I used to stay up all night but now, it's like so boring.
Hehe, I only take naps in school. In the summer and any other break I stay up pretty long even though I need to sleep more, like this night I haven't slept at all. I should maybe take naps a little more. Since my brain almost turns of by not sleeping.
When I was 6 I would wake up on my own at 6:30 and watch cartoons every morning. Then saved by the bell when it came on later. Now.... I'm trying to figure out where all that energy came from...

When I was younger I was in the kindergarten (We use the EXACT same word in German, kinder=children, garten=garden), and we had one "silent hour" were had to be silent and/or to sleep. I had to do that for 3 years. I slept about 5 times. That was the worst hour of the day.
Now it's the best one
When I sleep, I have 3D dreams.. Am I the only one here that has 3D dreams?

is there anyone here who doesn't have 3d dreams? Most of the time I forget my dreams when I wake up, but when I do remember them they're awesome.

Ive heard that little kids need less sleep than teens
Well I'm turning 14 July 18 and I still HATE naps.
I wake up 7: 15 on the weekends (all the time now since it's summer.) and used to wake up 6o'clock on school days since I live an hour away from my school. I go to sleep 10:30 - 11 usually.

Yeah, back in the good old days, when it was worth it to get up on a Saturday morning and watch cartoons
I swim 10 times a week (Training for the big competition) in summer holidays, and without a nap I would die.
<3 nap

Good times.... [nostalgia]
Smashing the keyboard, talking into an electric fan, playing the GameBoy Color, watching cartoons before anyone else woke up.... good times..... [sadness]
