It only matters if you have seen both movies or have read both books, me (A guy) actually has read both books and i would say that twilight is okay but the author leaves bella pretty blank so that other people can fill in what the want her to be. I don't see why people hate twilight. its like hating justin beiber when you haven heard his music. on the other hand harry potter is set to a person with everything figured out. he just goes around saving the world without doing anything. he gets handed everything. but in harry potter there is more of a plot and it is written in my opinion better than twilight. Also bella is a terrible role-model for teens. When hermionie got sad, she sticked to it to try to save the wizarding world. and Bella, when her boyfriend left her she tries to drive a motorcycle off a cliff. Twilight is an okay book but harry potter is defiantly the better choice.

Niether, Cause i was never interested in fantasy movies. But i'll vote harry potter since i've read it more than twilight.

Harry Potter: Read 6 pages.

Twilight: Read 2 pages.

It's hard to choose, since both series are good, but Harry Potter is reaally som much better.
The vampires in twillight strayed far of from the original vampire myths, so thats why Harry Potter is better

In all seriousness, comparing Harry Potter to Twilight is like comparing a crisp $100 bill to a dirty diaper. Harry Potter will be loved for generations. Twilight is staggeringly dumb and an embarrassment to pop culture.

To dumb this down, Harry Potter is awesome forever and Twilight is "Bah, humbug" now. And only now. Ask your kids when your 50 what Twilight is and they'll say "A time of night..."
