How can I make a forum like fail.forumify?

Don't steal my ideas, but I wanna make an emo/depression forum.

And if you do because you read this, at least make me a mod.

Just go to forumify.com and sign up for a forum, then learn CSS and customize it or get one of many free CSS editors (I'd suggest stylizer for it's simplicity and initial ease-of-use, plust it can probably do anything you need it to do.)

Click here and enter your forum's name in the box that says Get a forum. It'll take you to a page and you can enter in a username and pass and stuff.
