*insert my tinychat comments here*. we say truck, gas, parking lot,mall, diapers, vacation, sidewalk, flashlight, garbage, highway, elevator, break, sofa, soda, pants, and we dont use trolleys in america.

The thing is, I go on the computer and chat with some Americans way too much, so my language has became used to some well known American words.

You do get British people who say 'Torch' and they mean a flashlight, I googled torch and pictures of a flashlight came up.
