Does anyone know a free animation creator that supports pixels?

I plan on making a stick animation made of small pixels like... 5x10 or something like that. Does anyone know an animator that can do that?

Yes, it can. Just download GAP, a.k.a. GIMP Animation Package.
I have GIMP and GAP but I never tried to animate, it's very complicated.

Not really, I personally think it's easier to animate in Gimp then in photoshop. It took me forever to get my avatar to actually be animated in photoshop, while in gimp it wouldn't have taken half as long.
