I suppose this applies here: two wrongs don't make a right. Maybe you should not interact with people (unless you have to) until you can control your emotions? Just a suggestion.

If a mod sees you flaming people they're not going to take into consideration your personal life, they're just going to see someone flaming and then warn you.
