Rainbow rage

In mario kart wii rainbow road is f****** hard! I can't seem to aim right when jumping off a high ledge. Is there a strategy for rainbow road?

i wish i had mario kart wii. all i can say is that super mario kart rr is too hard and mario kart 64 rr is way too easy. you could just google some tips.

I remember raindow road from nintendo 64, it's easy, c'mon...

But rr in mkwii is so much harder. I usually pick medium or lightweight so I always get pushed off the edge right befor a big jump. The curves are so much harder than the other mario kart rr.

I'll admit in MKWIIRR it is easy to fall off, but it isn't really hard. Try drifting more.

Well make sure you use Manual Mode and not Automatic mode. You can get charp turns much easier. Some characters have different ways of drifting. You can also Try rapidly tapping the accelerate button (or brake) to go slower around sharp turns.

I always do manual. The biggest problem is probably the CPU's

Slow down just enough to make the turn, and when you are coming out of the turn speed up.

It's really not that hard, and I rarely play mario kart.

I hate slowing down >.> I always use mach bike or bullit bike so it takes a while to get back up to speed

I'm boss at mario kart wii. IMO Rainbow Road rage is easy, the secret is in your turns. Go fast on the straight parts, then slow up on the turns. Also don't use speed power-ups on turns because they usually make you fall. And try to stay far away from the other competitors so they don't bump you.

Don't use them on that track then. You shouldn't stick with a "favourite" bike if you don't have to. In cases where you do have to(multiplayer), use a bike that is good all around. Those two bikes are not very good, in this case.

Oh Gawd I play MKW like a boss! Mostly because im a hacker.

Well first off, what character and bike do you use?

I suggest using a bike and a medium weight character. When you are about to go off the jump, start to do a wheelie and jump off the ramp. Make sure you are in the middle of the ramp when you go off.

Incase you didn't know, if you launch off of any type of ramp, flip your wheel or shake it or something to do a trick in mid-air, and when you land you get a speed boost.

I usually use daisy or babby luigi because they have a speed boost. I always use bikes. Another problem I have is bad luck. Whenever I am ahead of the CPU's I always get blueshelled >.<
