I'd rate Portal 7/10. It's not like "OH MY LORD IT'S PORTAL" it's more like "Oh cool, Portal."

I think you're doing something wrong, because it worked fine for me. Unless it changed since yesterday.

It'll have a price in the catalog, but when you go into the game's description and such, you'll just see a download button. It's free. I'm having a great time reliving the experience.

I really wish my computer could handle games like this. I hate missing good deals

You don't need a next-gen computer to run this. Even though my graphics card would be considered prehistory nowadays, I just made some changes in the files and now it has ok graphics with ~15 FPS, which is horrible for most of you, but for me it's okay as well.

It'll run faster than Minecraft.

Just look at the controls you need (my preferences):

Portal: WSAD, space, mouse (left and right)
Minecraft: WSAD, mouse (left and right), space, shift, I, 1-9, return/enter, end

My computer almost crashes when I try to run Minecraft as well, even with all settings on low.

It   finished downloading yesterday for only ten minutes. The game is okay, but I'm not really a fan of first-person view games. I'm more interested in the story line.
