spidy vs link

OK me and a friend was debating if spider man can take link. I think link would kick spider mans butt. The reason is link always have the right tool or weapon to take any thing on.
link is the main character in "the legend of Zelda" if ya didn't know.

Do you know how many times Spiderman has died and come back in the comics? Spiderman for sure.

Spiderman beat Firelord. Firelord is considered nigh-omnipotent. Nigh-omnipotence=Arceus=Universe buster>Links durability.

Well Spiderman would beat Link then Link would come back with a good plan and then he will beat Spiderman. Link always come back, he never fails.

View my aforementioned statement. Spiderman beat a guy who's on the same level as Eternal's who could destroy universes. And unless Link can take attacks that can destroy universe Link won't be winning anytime soon.

Huh, when will you kids learn... Well that depends on which Link it is, since he has had several reincarnations. But I still believe that every single reincarnation of Link is able to defeat Spider-man. You say that Link need to be able to take attacks that can destroy the universe? No he wouldn't because, it's not Spider-man that does those attacks. So Link doesn't have to take those attacks.

Spiderman only beat Firelord because of his speed, while Firlord has strength Spiderman has speed so he used a hit and run tactique. But Link has speed and he has power he's a mix between them both, so a hit and run tactique wouldn't work on Link, he would have to confront him in real combat. And in that situation Link would win.

Well Link has a thing called the golden gauntlets which enables him to carry several tons. And he would'nt need to be able to run that fast, since he can just wait for spider-man. If spiderman attacks him with web, then Link would just block or avoid it. He could even burn it. And if spiderman goes like that, Link would use his arrows or his hookshot to take him down. Link has great accuracy. And if necessary Link could ride Epona, which will increase his speed.

Bah, well it also depends on the surroundings. In Link turf Spiderman would lose and in Spidermans turf Link would lose.

Vary nice arguments on both side i have to say. but im going to have to stay with link. only on the fact that he has the proper weapons in place before he fights an enemy. im thinking he would just bust out   some bug spray and a giant flyswatter.

link cuz on super smash bros brawl i can beat pplz and he is probably 20x better in the comics. although pikachu beats all

Only if Link has all four bottles filled with Fairy Spirits, used light arrows, and had the Biggoron's Sword and Mirror Shield. Then yes.
