Random text - from myself?

Around 10:40 pm, I got a text. From myself, saying 911* and I was like WTF? Is that possible? Then, I got nervous and my heart started to race thinking that the cops were called. I'm fine now... but can someone tell me if its possible to do that.

I turned my phone off, took the battery out and the SD card for the pics... that was before i turned it back on.

I don't know how it's possible to do that... I would say just ignore it
Today while I was sleeping in the middle of the night our house alarm went off, it's only ment to trigger when certain doors are open, none have been opened at all... It happened twice
